Interest aroused when he saved Luffy in Marineford, claiming that he's a doctor before Buggy hands Luffy over to him.

Hehehehe. Had wanted to get it from Latendo initially but they did not bring in individuals for Law.

Found him initially at the UFO machine but I'm sure I'll be spending loads more to get it out although I was seriously tempted to dunk in a couple of 100 yens. My risk averse nature stopped me eventually.

Saw more of him at the rental showcases in Akihabara and was hopping from one showcase to another showcase to get the best deal out of it all.

Paid 2000 yen for him, without box, display piece. The one with box in the same showcase was grabbed minutes earlier by someone else. Prices for other showcases start at 2080 yen. Do I need the box which I have to pay $1.30 for?

Nahh...

Got him all bubble-wrapped up and out of the shop, into my luggage, on board the plane, to BKK and finally to my room in SG.
